DialogEduShift aims to enhance the competences and understanding of academic educators in effectively using large language models, such as AI chatbots, in the educational process. Our project equips educators with state-of-the-art knowledge on assessing, providing feedback, and working with AI-generated content created by students. WORK PACKAGE 1

The progress, quality, and achievement of project activities in the DialogEduShift project were monitored through various activities to ensure that the project met its objectives. The following were the objectives of the monitoring and quality assurance activities:

To identify the progress of the work with respect to the resources committed and the deadlines established.

To establish quality standards for project outcomes and to detect and correct any deviation from those standards.

To identify critical issues and problems in time to ensure that necessary corrective actions could be taken.

To achieve these objectives, the project carried out several monitoring activities, involving the Steering Committee members from each project partner, project managers, and other employees involved in the planning and carrying out of the project.

WORK PACKAGE 2

WP2: Handbook on Usage of AI Language Models in Higher Education: Our project provided educators with a comprehensive handbook that offered guidance and best practices for integrating AI language models effectively into their teaching methodologies.

WORK PACKAGE 3

WP3: Guidelines on the Use of AI Chat Tools in Higher Education: We developed clear guidelines to help educators and institutions make informed decisions on the responsible and ethical use of AI chat tools in education.

WORK PACKAGE 4

WP4: Creation of a Course for Academic Educators: We designed a specialized course to equip academic educators with the knowledge and skills required to harness the potential of language models like ChatGPT in higher education.

WP5: Dissemination through Multiplier Events and Workshops: To ensure widespread knowledge sharing and implementation, we organized workshops and events for higher education institutions, facilitating the adoption of AI chat tools for educational purposes.
