DialogEduShift aims to enhance the competences and understanding of academic educators in effectively using large language models, such as AI chatbots, in the educational process. WORK  PACKAGE  1

WP1:   The progress, quality, and achievement of project activities in the DialogEduShift project will be monitored through various activities to ensure that the project meets its objectives. The following are the objectives of the monitoring and quality assurance activities:

To identify the progress of the work with respect to the resources committed and the deadlines established.

To establish quality standards for project outcomes and to detect and correct any deviation from those standards.

To identify critical issues and problems in time to ensure necessary corrective actions.

To achieve these objectives, the project will conduct several monitoring activities involving the Steering Committee members from each project partner, project managers, and other employees involved in the planning and carrying out of the project.
