Work package 1

WP1: The progress, quality, and achievement of project activities in the DialogEduShift project were monitored through various activities to ensure that the project met its objectives. The following were the objectives of the monitoring and quality assurance activities:

To identify the progress of the work with respect to the resources committed and the deadlines established.

To establish quality standards for project outcomes and to detect and correct any deviation from those standards.

To identify critical issues and problems in time to ensure that necessary corrective actions could be taken.

To achieve these objectives, the project carried out several monitoring activities, involving the Steering Committee members from each project partner, project managers, and other employees involved in the planning and carrying out of the project.
