Representing diverse educational backgrounds and landscapes, the project partners from Poland, Germany, Latvia, Turkey, and Ukraine are meeting to discuss their shared mission. Each partner represents their organization, their country, and the unique contribution they bring to the DialogEduShift project. This project is not just about what we can do in the comfort of a conference room. It's about crossing borders, connecting people, ideas, and cultures for a shared educational goal.
Dissemination material
The DialogEduShift project was launched to respond to the educational, ethical, and institutional challenges emerging from the rapid adoption of AI conversational systems. Its mission was to ensure that higher education can harness the benefits of AI while safeguarding human-centered learning, transparency, and academic integrity. At its foundation, the project aimed to build both individual competences among educators and systemic readiness within institutions to adapt to the ongoing digital transformation.

The Multiplier Event's objectives reflect the project's overall mission: - Presenting project results to a broad audience of researchers, administrators, and policymakers - Raising awareness of the opportunities and challenges of AI-enabled education, including ethical issues - Fostering collaboration and networking among higher education institutions in implementing AI tools - Collecting feedback to refine project results and adapt them to the specific needs of end users, ensuring sustainability after the project's completion.

PROJECT TIMELINE
24th July 2025 Online Final Transnational Project Meeting
In Turkey, a DialogEduShift project meeting was held at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University. The meeting was attended by the organizer, Professor Dr. Tukba Ucma, and Dr. Cerey Aldemir. The meeting, held in a hybrid format, was led by Aleksandra Zając, UKSW representative, the project leader.
13th May 2025 Online Meeting
The team is progressing well with the e-learning platform and upcoming piloting and testing phases under WP4 and WP3. Preparations and materials are nearly finalized, with activities planned for the coming weeks. Dissemination efforts will focus on promoting the project and increasing visibility on social media during this period.
16th April 2025 Online Transnational Project Meeting
We successfully conducted the online Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) for the DialogEduShift Project. The meeting united all partners to define the next steps in promoting inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship in higher education. Key discussions covered project management, quality assurance, and the roadmap ahead. Highlights included: In-depth sessions on WP3 & WP4: educational resource development and academic capacity building Dissemination strategy and visual identity planning Quality monitoring and sustainability planning We thank all partners for their contributions and active engagement. We look forward to continuing our work advancing dialogue, innovation, and inclusive education.
14th March 2025 Online Meeting
Partners met online to provide updates, share insights, and coordinate progress. Regular check-ins ensure alignment, mutual support, and the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Great progress during our project meeting in February! The team is advancing with course development and upcoming piloting activities. We’re also preparing new dissemination actions, including an e-book release and strengthened social media presence. Exciting steps ahead — stay tuned for more updates!
14th Janurary 2025 Online Meeting
Project partners met online to review progress and plan next steps: Work Package 4: Preparation of digital avatar videos for the online course, development of main course content, and planning the summer 2025 offline partner meeting. Work Package 3: Finalization of the Guidelines on the Use of AI Chat Tools in Higher Education. Promotional Activities: Discussion of strategies to increase project visibility and share outcomes broadly.
3rd December 2024 Online Meeting
This month, project partners met online to share updates and plan the next steps. Highlights: – Significant progress was made on developing the e-course for academic educators on the effective use of AI chat tools in higher education. – Partners provided updates on the upcoming newsletter, which will present key milestones and project outcomes. – Discussions focused on strategies to introduce national communities to the project’s results and strengthen engagement.

Today marks a monumental chapter in our journey – the official face-to-face kickoff meeting of the Dialog EduShift Project, held in the beautiful and inspiring Latvia. This two-year journey begins with a vibrant meeting of minds and aspirations. Uniting for a Common Goal Representatives from Dział Współpracy Międzynarodowej UKSW UKSW, European House Esthal, Rēzeknes Tehnoloģiju akadēmija , Sumy State University Muğla Sıtkı Koçman Üniversitesi , and Fundacja Eastern Institute of Business Education gathered, bringing diverse perspectives and expertise to the table.
