WP1: 

The progress, quality, and implementation of project activities within the DialogEduShift project were monitored through a series of activities to ensure the achievement of project objectives. The objectives of monitoring and quality assurance activities are outlined below:

Assessing progress against allocated resources and agreed deadlines.

Establishing quality standards for project deliverables and detecting and correcting any deviations from these standards.

Properly identifying critical issues and problems to ensure necessary corrective actions.

To achieve these objectives, the project conducted monitoring activities with the participation of members of the Steering Committee of each project partner, project managers, and other staff involved in project planning and implementation.
